The gas buffer of the cylinder mainly relies on the gas, and the strength of the buffer is relatively small. When the workpiece is load-bearing and the cylinder runs fast, the effect of the gas buffer is limited.
 
It can not play a role in maintenance, which may lead to the loss of the cylinder and reduce its service life. At this time, an oil pressure buffer must be equipped to maintain the mechanical equipment, otherwise the cost caused by the damage of the cylinder will greatly improve the cost. The cylinder buffer is generated inside the rod-less cylinder, while the workpiece is operated outside.
 
Therefore, when the workpiece is in contact with the section of the mechanical equipment, the impact sound cannot be prevented. At this time, the gas distribution buffer cannot play any role in this external noise. Therefore, an external oil pressure buffer should be equipped to reduce noise and maintain the equipment, thus improving the consumption efficiency and saving capital of the enterprise.
