In the process of installation or maintenance, due to the reasons of maintenance process and maintenance technology, the shrinkage clearance of inner cylinder, cylinder diaphragm, diaphragm sleeve and steam envelope sleeve is not suitable, or the shrinkage gap of the ear-hanging pressure plate is not suitable, and the great shrinkage force is generated after operation to deform the cylinder.

The used cylinder sealant is of poor quality, too much impurities or the wrong model; If there are hard impurity particles in the cylinder sealant, the sealing surface will be difficult to separate tightly, and the tightening force of the cylinder bolt is lack or the material of the bolt is unqualified. The tightness of the cylinder separation surface is mainly completed by the tightening force of the bolt. The thermal stress and high temperature generated when the unit starts and stops or increases or decreases the load will form the stress relaxation of the bolt.
