The connecting rod conveyor belt is mainly applied to the automatic transmission of the connecting rod on the connecting rod production line. The connecting rod conveyor belt does not need manual intervention. The connecting rod moves forward in a peristaltic and stepping mode. The transmission is smooth, and the phenomenon of workpiece jamming is avoided. The connecting rod is prevented from being bruised, and the appearance quality of the connecting rod is improved. It also improves efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
The connecting rod conveyor belt provided by us does not need to be limited to the loading and unloading positions of certain grinding machines on the connecting rod production line. According to the distances between grinding machines, we can all have solutions to connect the grinding machines. We can use the straight line section, right-angle bend section and S-shaped bend section to form the required connecting rod conveyor belts at will. 1. A lifting and lowering mechanism is installed on the connecting rod conveyor belt to adjust the height of the V-shaped groove and change the inclination angle of the conveyor belt for the connecting rod, which can meet the conveying requirements of connecting rods with different specifications. Height adjustment range: 60mm (can also be specially designed as required).
2. The width of the supporting rod of the conveyor belt is adjustable within the range of 30mm. ( it can also be specially designed according to requirements) so that it will be suitable for connecting rods with different sizes.
3. The supporting rod for the big end of the connecting rod of the conveyor belt is 800mm high above the ground. The height can be designed and adjusted according to requirements.
The lower part has adjustable foot and fixing brackets for fine adjustment.
4. The power drive of the connecting rod conveyor belt adopts an integrated deceleration motor with a power of 0.25KW.
5. The standard reciprocating stroke of the connecting rod conveyor belt is 12mm, which can also be designed according to requirements to meet various working rhythm.
6. The connecting rod conveyor belt is provided with gantry supports, and the maximum space between gantry supports is 1.6 meters.
