Model M8101 horizontal shaft double sided face grinding machine is a special grinding machine for grinding piston rings and valve seat end faces in automobile, tractor, internal combustion engine and parts factories. According to the shape, size, material and precision of the workpiece and through combing with feeding mechanism, it can grind friction plates, valves, gaskets and annular parts made of non-magnetic materials or non-metallic materials.
M8101A horizontal shaft double sided face grinding machine is suitable for grinding two parallel end faces of inner and outer rings of bearings at constant speed.
M8101B horizontal shaft double sided face grinding machine, after the main motor of the auxiliary grinding head is added with a frequency converter, the speed can be adjusted steplessly, and it is suitable for grinding unequal areas of the two end faces of the bearing ring with same allowances.
The machine tool adopts the process method of through-type feeding and continuous grinding. The production efficiency is high and the performance is stable.
